My therapeutic process is threefold:

My focus is on helping you to become the best version of yourself. The practice is based on trust, confidentiality, empathy and honesty. I will be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. It is about your effort in this process which I just assist and guide towards better possibilities.
After addressing the problems and challenges that you would like to resolve in some detail, I look at the therapy tools most suited to you and your needs. I devise a plan of action and how many sessions you may require. We will get clear that what is inflicting problem is no longer illness or pathology, but the natural consequences of how our minds work.
Instead of talking and listening solely, I would allow us to consciously do and experience stuff within and between sessions. To help embed new ways of thinking at a deep, unconscious stage, I can use hypnosis. Clients find that this allows for quicker improvements in far-reaching and lengthy lengths of transition.
