The Stress Management & Resilience Workshop are designed for any groups or Businesses who care for their employee’s mental well being and not only understand the need of caring but actively want to help them. The 1974 Health and Safety act 1974 stipulates not only the physical aspects of health and safety but also a level of responsibility for stress-related illness.
Stress is something which everyone encounters in their life, but the difference is how it affects someone and the management of it. Stress has serious risks to health and employers and employees both can improve the chances of managing it correctly.
The Stress Management and Resilience Workshop by Mind-Verses aims to educate the root causes of stress and how employers can help improve company culture and environment to improve employee welfare.
